  • Customization and Production Time:

Every piece of our bridal jewelry is handcrafted and customized upon receiving your order. This ensures that each item is made with the utmost care and attention to detail.
Headpieces and Jewelry Sets: These items typically require 2-3 weeks from the date of order to complete and prepare for shipping.
Earrings: Our earrings usually take around one week to be ready for shipping.

  • Shipping Methods:

We offer standard shipping for all orders within Egypt Once your order is complete, we will notify you and provide tracking information for your package.

  • Rush Orders:

While we strive to accommodate urgent requests, please contact us directly if you require expedited production and shipping. 

  • Exchanges & Refunds: 

At Zeena Headpieces, all pieces are custom-made upon order — we do not keep ready stock.

  • Earrings are eligible for exchange only (no full refunds).

  • To request an exchange, please send us a DM on Instagram within 2 days of receiving your package.

  • The exchange will only be confirmed once you send us a clear picture of the product, clean and in the same quality it was received.

  • Exchanges are valid for other earrings only.

  • Any price difference will be refunded via InstaPay.

  • We do not offer refunds except in the following cases:

    1. The item received does not match your order.

    2. The item arrives damaged or broken.

  • For all other products, orders must remain sealed when received and cannot be opened while the courier is present.

  • International Shipping:

For international orders, shipping times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services. Please allow additional time for delivery outside of Egypt.

 

  • Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. The shipping company will call you to schedule receiving timing.

 

  • Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your order. These charges will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

     

    • Holiday Seasons:

    During peak seasons such as holidays or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
