Production Time
Headpieces and Jewelry Sets: usually require 2–3 weeks from the date of order to be prepared before shipping.
Earrings: usually require up to one week to be prepared before shipping.
Rush Orders
If you need your order urgently, please contact us on Instagram before placing your order so we can confirm if faster production and shipping are possible.
Delivery Note
Packages cannot be opened while the courier is present.
Exchanges
At Zeena Headpieces, all pieces are custom-made upon order — we do not keep ready stock.
Only earrings are eligible for exchange within 1–2 days of receiving the order, through the exchange link attached.
Shipping fees related to exchanges are covered by the customer.
Any price difference will be refunded via InstaPay.
